Abstract
Objective To explore Xiyanping injection plus ribavirin for the treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease clinical curative ef ect, provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Select our hospital outpatient income during the period of 80 cases of children with hand, foot and mouth disease as the research object, according to the dif erent methods of treatment are divided into research group and the control group (n = 40). Children with the control group given ribavirin therapy, the team in the control group on the basis of using xi phlogistic treatment. Observe two groups of children general y after treatment. Results Two groups of children with disappear after treatment in the clinical total ef ective rate, skin rashes, antifebrile time, discharge time, statistical y significant dif erence ( <0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping injection plus ribavirin is applied in clinical treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, children with rapid recovery, shorter hospitalization time, worthy of further promotion and application in clinical.关键词
