Abstract
Immunohistochemical staining method is to detect the content and distribution of antigens in cells or tissues by fluorescence or chemical coloration according to specific antigen antibody binding, with characteristic of specificity, high sensitivity and accurate localization and so on. This article discussed how to do immunohistochemical staining wel from several aspects, such as antibody incubation conditions, appropriate controls, elution of fixative, antigen retrieval and washing.关键词
