Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment of clinical symptoms with Discontiguous Naikan Cognitive Therapy (DNCT)combined with antipsychotic on the female patients with paranoid schizophrenia in rehabilitation period. Methods 70 female hospitalized patients with paranoid schizophrenia in rehabilitation period were chosen. Al patients were randomly divided into two groups. The study group (35 cases) was given DNCT combined with antipsychotic, and the control group (35 cases) was given antipsychotic . The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale was administered to al subjects pre-treatment and post-treatment. Results There were 32 and 34 patients respectively in study group and control group finishing the study. In the study group, BPRS total scores after treatment, anxiety and depression factor, damping factor, thought disorder factor and hostile speculation factor scores were lower than before treatment, the dif erence was statistical y significant;In control group, before and after treatment,BPRS retardation factor scale score points lower; In the study group after treatment, BPRS total score, anxiety and depression factors, activities, and hostile speculation factor score were lower than before treatment. Conclusion DNCT combined with antipsychotic can improve the clinical symptoms on the recovery status of paranoid schizophrenia.关键词
