摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing management of presurgical nasoalveolar molding devices with nasal stent and retention arm on cleft lip and palate infants. Methods To explore the nursing management of fabrication,insertion,adjustment,complication of the PNAM devices of 54 cases in the study group continuously, accompanied by guidance and psychological intervention of parents.Results 54 cleft lip and palate infants al accomplished the presurgical treatment as scheduled and at ained desired ef ect.Conclusion High-quality nursing and appropriate psychological intervention can assist PNAM treatment and decrease the occurrence of complications ef ectively.关键词
