Abstract
Objective To explore the tumor markers in lung cancer clinical application of inspection.Methods Detected in 50 cases of healthy physical examination were normal (control group) and 50 cases of patients with lung cancer, lung cancer group) and 50 patients with lung benign lesions (benign group), CEA, NSE CYFRA21-1 tumor markers,And comparative analysis with the statistical methods. Results The experimental CYFRA21-1 was 25.76±12.06, CEA was 28.13±12.42, NSE was 44.72±21.04;Benign CYFRA21-1 was 2.81±1.36 in the control group, the CEA was 1.86±0.73, NSE was 11.13±3.06;Normal CYFRA21-1 was 2.46±0.96 in the control group, the CEA was 2.06±0.79, NSE was 10.76±2.09.Therefore, the experimental group patients' serum CYFRA21-1, CEA, NSE levels significantly higher than the positive control group and normal control group,Significant dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Detection CYFRA21-1, CEA, NSE can ef ectively enhance the accuracy of diagnosis of lung cancer, the diagnosis of lung cancer has certain clinical application value,But through the CYFRA21-1, CEA, NSE detection to determine the patient's il ness, curative ef ect and prognosis analysis needs to be studied further.关键词
