摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve veracity and scientificaalness in judging condition of the serious craniocerebral trauma with secondary infection. To guide the ef ective intervention of nursing. Methods 206 serious craniocerebral trauma patients were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group. Both groups received routine nursing care,the intervention group did additional nursing through the use of ASS score. The occurrence of the secondary infection, the time of infection control, the prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The occurrence of the secondary infection in the control group and the intervention group have no statistical significance (pP>0.05). The time of infection control and the prognosis in the control group and the intervention group have statistical significance ( P<0.05). Conclusion By using ASS score can found the problem of the patients condition just in time and improve the watchfulness of hospital medical staff,the screening and treatment what the patients need is done timely, thus improving the cure rate.关键词
