Abstract
Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of transumbilical single port and the three port laparoscopic cportcystectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 98 cases of laparoscopic cportcystectomy in patients with clinical data,including the use of transumbilical single port method in 48 cases,50 cases of three port method,comparative analysis,operation time of two groups of bleeding,postoperative pain,complications,operation time,hospital food time,the cost of treatment, cosmetic satisfaction scores of abdominal wall.Results The operation time was longer than three single umbilical port group ( <0.05),the degree of pain of single port method in patients with abdominal wall cosmetic satisfaction scores were better than the three port method ( <0.05),the remaining patients between two groups are almost the same,no significant dif erence ( >0.05).Conclusion Compared with three ports LC,although the operation of single port method because of the dif iculty increases with longer operation time.It has the advantages of bet er cosmetic results of the pain and postoperative.关键词
