摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand my hospital respiratory intensive care unit(RICU) distribution of bacterial infection and drug resistance.Methods Pathogens from 201 patients in RICU from January 2013 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The RICU of patients with respiratory tract infection Was the main pathogenic bacteria of G-bacteria(61.2%),by Bauman G-bacterium Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,and Klebsiel a,respectively 29.3% ,17.8% and 11.1% ,G+ bacteria to Staphylococcus aureus,13.2% ,fungi accounted for 21.1% ,mainly to Candida albicans.Drug sensitivity results show:Bauman Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas aeruginosa toβ-lactam and hydrocarbon of carbapenem antibiotics resistant rate.Conclusion Bacterial resistance has become mole and more complex,the clinical treatment of a difficult problems,Systematic and bacterial drug resistance testing,should also regulate the use of antibiotics,reasonable use of antibiotics to reduce antibiotic resistance bacteria produce.关键词
