Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of CHF.Methods 120 patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group with 60 cases and control group with 60 cases. Control group received conventional western medicine therapy, and based on this, the treatment group added in Qiliqiangxin capsule,4 granules every time, 3 times a day, treatment of 4 months. The signs of heart failure symptoms in pre-therapy and post-therapy of two groups, EF, NTpro-BNP and 6MWT can be observed. Results The total ef iciency in treatment group(98.3%) was higher than that in control group(78.3%,P<0.05). The patients'LVEF, 6MWT, NTpro-BNP after treatment was significantly improved ( P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of CHF is better than that of conventional western medicine, and it is safe and reliable. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
