Abstract
Objective We analyze on the Liuweidihuang pil drug action mechanism and clinical ef ects on diseases on liver and kidney deficiency.Methods We chose 60patients with liver and kidney deficiency,including diabetes,hypertension,chronic hepatitis and nephritis patients(15 in respective) (October,2011 to 2013).According to the patients'conditions,we modify the Liuweidihuang pil dosage for one course.The recovery degree is texted. Results 13 diabetes,14 hypertension,12 chronic nephritis and 14 chronic hepatitis patients recover obviously,with ef iciencies of 86.7%,93.3%,80%,93.3%,respectively.Statistical analyses shows the significant diversity.Conclusion The Liuweidihuang pil is of high efficiency for treating the diabetes,hypertension,chronic hepatitis,chronic nephrits.Therefore,further investigations on drug action mechanisms of the Liuweidihuang pill is essential,which should be extended in the clinical applications.关键词
