摘要
Abstract
To analyze perioperative nursing methods of patients with incomplete limbs and their ef ects. Summarize the perioperative nursing methods and results by retrospective analysing clinical data. This clinical data mainly includes 24 patients with incomplete limbs in our hospital who has accepted replantation treatments in the period of January, 2011 to April, 2013. Though 1 out of 24 died due to craniocerebral trauma which at last caused hernia, the rest have al discharged in 2 to 6 weeks after surgery without any complication after careful perioperative nursing care. These 24 patients were al given fol ow-up for more than 6 months. The result shows that al of them have got ideal recovery of limb function and their passive physical activities are in good condition. Enhanced perioperative nursing care, which includes preoperative wound debridement, rapid homeostasis, strict aseptic, strengthening the prevention of postoperative infection, blood observation and rehabilitation guidance, is believed to promote the rehabilitation of limb function and to improve the success rate of replantation. It is worthy of being promoted.关键词
