Abstract
Procyanidines was the kind of polyphenolic substance in plantae widely, and the grape seeds were considered the best crude material to exact procyanidines. The extraction technology had been breakthrough with the development and progress of science. In this paper, the extraction technologies for procyanidines of grape seeds were reviewed by col ecting related literatures.关键词
