摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative ef ects of Scopolamine Combined with Phenobarbital in labor. Methods 350 pregnant women with anxiety and fear, from January 2013 to June 2013, were divided into treatment group (200 cases) and control group (150 cases) in accordance with the modus operandi.Results The birth process ,dilatation of cervix, pregnancy outcome , postpartum hemorrhage ,neonatus score ,visual analog scale (VAS) score and postpartum urine retention were observed in each group. The ef icacy of treatment group were obvious ,the postoperative VAS score, labor pains,birth process were significantly decreased or shortened compared with the control group except for postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia.Conclusion It could cut down the rate of uterine-incision delivery ,associated with Scopolamine Combined with Phenobarbital in labor.关键词
