摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the Remifemin improved artificial postmenopausal patients of department of gynaecology the curative ef ect of perimenopausal syndrome after the operation.Methods 80 cases of women of childbearing age,because of the surgical removal of the bilateral ovaries or make bilateral ovarian function damage with radiation therapy,according to the medicine wil divided into Remifemin group and the control group.Follow-up of 12 weeks.With Kupperman menopause index (KMI) total score as the main curative ef ect evaluation index, with every single index as a secondary effect of KMI evaluation index, such as liver and kidney function,hormone levels, laboratory examination project as a safety measure,to compare between groups,group before and after medication.Results Application of Remifemin after 12 weeks of treatment in patients with perimenopausal syndrome symptoms eased significantly;KMI scores before and after medication significant dif erence,compared with the control group and compare the difference was statistical y significant before and after the treatment ( <0.001);Treatment group blood FSH,E2 level no obvious change before and after medication,there was no statistically significant dif erence ( >0.05);Treatment group before and after medication liver result and differences of blood lipid related index has no statistical significance ( >0.05). Conclusion Remifemin artificial postmenopausal patients with postoperative treatment of perimenopausal syndrome has bet er clinical curative ef ect,can ef ectively improve the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome women,high safety and good compliance,patients are easy to accept,is worth further clinical application.关键词
