Abstract
Objective To Analysis of a hospital neurosurgery ward e.coli infection and drug resistance, for clinical prevention of hospital infection,and provide basis for reasonable pplication of antimicrobial agents.Methods Selection in March 2013-June 2013 xinjiang 3 armour hospital neurosurgery specimens of 385 patients were al kinds of bacterial culture,identification and drug sensitive test, to isolate the e.coli and drug resistance of statistical analysis.Results Fifteen of the 385 patients infected with e.coli,the infection rate was 3.9%,due to its performed for multiple drug resistance to antimicrobial agents;Sensitivity is the highest rate of antimicrobial agents imine southern culture, beauty culture in the south,and cefoxitin are 100%,fol owed by cefoperazone/shu ba,and piperacil in/he thiazole ba, for 92.3%,92.3%;Which is the highest percentages of ampicil in, at 93.3%, fol owed by cefazolin, cefuroxime, piperacil in, 80%, 73.3%and 73.3%respectively.Conclusion The hospital neurosurgery ward e.coli infection rate is high, the antimicrobial drug resistance is serious,should be the dynamic monitoring of the neurosurgery ward e.coli pop and drug resistance situation,standardized and rational use of antimicrobial agents, to prevent and reduce the generation of drug-resistant strains.关键词
