摘要
Abstract
Objective Clinical method and the ef ect of flap of foot dorsal artery to repair the wound. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 8 cases of skin injury in patients with clinical data, adopt dorsalis pedis flap to repair the wound. Results Al flaps survived in 8 cases, patients were fol owed up for 6 ~ 36 months, the flap with satisfactory appearance, good blood circulation, foot and sensation recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion The dorsalis pedis flap to repair the wound injury of smal , simple operation, safe and ef ective, blood vessels of superficial, with lit le variation.关键词
