盐酸戊乙奎醚对体外循环患者肝功能的影响
Effects of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride on Liver Injury Induced by Cardiopulmonary Bypass

Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ects of penehyclidine hydrochloride on liver injury induced by cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods Forty patients undergoing valve replacement with CPB were randomly divided into two groups(n=20):group PHC and group C. Pnehyclidine hydrochloride 0.1mg/kg was injected intravenously before 5min CPB.Blood samples were col ected for AST,ALT,DB,SB and TB before CPB (T0),after 5min aorta block(T1),CPB cease(T2)and after 48h operation (T3).Results The levels of AST,ALT,DB,SB and TB in group PHC were significantly lower at T1~T3 than those in group C( <0.05). Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride can reduce liver injury induced by CPB.关键词
