摘要
Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) related Intestinal pseudo-obstruction (IPO) is uncommon,and usual y coincides with ureterohydronephrosis.Delayed diagnosis may lead to delayed management and unnecessary surgical intervention,then induces poor clinical outcomes. This paper reports a case of a woman with SLE accompanied by both IPO and ureterohydronephrosis,and reviews related English literature.The clinical profile,possible underlying mechanisms,histological findings, diagnosis,management and prognosis are reviewed and discussed.关键词
