摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ect of applying humanistic nursing care in treatment of patients with gynecologic surgery. Methods A total of 103 cases of patients with gynecologic surgery in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 were selected as research subjects, and randomly divided into two study group (52 cases) and control group (51 cases), study group were given humanistic nursing care, while control group were given routine nursing care, final y the SAS score, SDS score and incidence of complicationsof both of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared to control group, study group were bet er in SAS score and SDS score, the dif erence between the two groups is significant ( <0.05); There were 7 and 14 cases of complications occurred in study group and control group, the dif erence between the two groups is significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing care in clinical can markedly improve the psychological states of patients, increase the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of nursing.关键词
