Abstract
Objective To study the psychological nursing intervention to ease in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) the value of the negative emotions. Methods Choose from November 2012 to September 2013, 120 cases of senile coronary heart disease patients, on the basis of conventional nursing on the patients have for psychological nursing intervention, by Zung self rating anxiety scale to assess the patient's psychological state before and after psychological nursing intervention. Results Through psychological nursing intervention, patients with negative sentiment mood eased significantly, nursing patients after SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower than before treatment, the data by the comparative dif erences statistical y significant ( <0.01). Conclusion In view of the senile coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with negative emotions to give professional psychological nursing intervention, the correct guiding their daily life, nursing mode, can ef ectively al eviate the psychological pressure of patients, gradual y eliminate negative emotions, is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients quality of life.关键词
