Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin therapy combined Ozagrel cerebral thrombosis, cerebral thrombosis treatment designed to provide a theoretical basis to improve ef iciency and quality of life of patients. Methods January 2013~2014 Jan. treated in our hospital 180 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 90 patients in each group, the control group of patients given application sodium Ozagrel treatment, research group received low molecular weight heparin in patients with Ozagrel treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of neurological function, platelet adhesion rate, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and treatment ef iciency. Results After treatment of neurological deficit score of 8.21 points, platelet adhesion rate was 40.1%, plasma viscosity of 1.68 mPa · s, fibrinogen was 3.41 g / L, the ef ective rate 95.56%, the study group was significantly bet er than control group, and <0.05 dif erence was statistical y significant. Conclusion The low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of cerebral Ozagrel can significantly improve the neurological deficit and blood indicators and improve clinical ef iciency, is a safe and ef ective form of treatment.关键词
