Study of Phonomicrosurgery of Arm Support Position to Influence the Action Stability
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect of gravity stance in dif erent segments of arms, action characteristics of analog voice microsurgical operation, optimization of micro operation voice patients arm supporting scheme. Methods A total of 7 right-handed operator, respectively, using four kinds of postures of vertical shearing action under the microscope, respectively, to col ect the data of from the start and active hand, the action characteristic parameters are calculated. Results Forearm support postural stability is bet er; while in the active hand control, support the elbow position is superior to the other position. Conclusion The analog voice surgery vertical shear action, requires a comprehensive consideration of gravity and wrist flexibility effects on motor control to select the appropriate arm supporting scheme.关键词
