Abstract
Objective To observe the curative ef ect of laparoscopic surgery combined with mifepristone treatment of endometriosis. Methods We treated 76 examples intrauterine membrane endometriosis patients were randomly divided into surgical group and combination group, surgery group take pure laparoscopic surgery treatment, combined with joint application of mifepristone group on the basis of the surgical treatment, compared two groups of curative ef ect and adverse reactions occur, fol ow-up compared two groups of postoperative recurrence and conception. Results The total effective combination group was obviously higher than that of surgical group, <0.05;The recurrence rate combination group was obviously lower scores, the conception rate is significantly higher than the scores, <0.05; Various adverse reactions combined group were significantly lower than the surgical group, < 0.05). Conclusion The curative ef ect of surgery combined with mifepristone treatment of endometriosis is bet er than that of pure the curative ef ect of surgical treatment, suggest that in clinical application.关键词
