Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of diabetic health education flow sheet. Methods 80 cases selected from December 1, 2012 to May 1, 2013 period responsibility nurses group patients were treated as control group, 80 cases of responsibility nurses two groups patients were treated as the observation group. The control group using conventional methods of health education, the observation group was treated with health education flow sheet system, continuous, there are plans to education. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group health education is obviously bet er than the control group. Conclusion The application of diabetes health education flow sheet, effectively avoids the repetition, lack of education or discontinuous, effectively promoted the changes in behavior, worthy of promotion.关键词
