Abstract
Objective To study the treatment of unstable anginaclopidogrel clinical ef ect.Methods 100 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group,50 patients were given aspirin 100mg/d,subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin 5000U/12h.Another clopidogrel treatment groups 75mg/d,for3weeks,were measured before and after the start of treatment of high sensitivity C -reactive protein were observed in patients with angina at ack frequency, duration, daily ECG recording . Results The total ef ective rate was 98.00%,higher than the total ef iciency of 82%,the incidence of cardiovascular disease treatment group than the control group,the treatment group than the control group, the dif erence was significant, <0.05;levels of serum high- sensitivity C-reactive protein level comparison:before treatment C-reactive protein level was not significant, >0.05.Treatment group than in the control treatment group,the dif erence was significant, <0.01.Reactive protein C compared with pre-treatment mean decrease after treatment,the dif erence was significant, <0.05. Conclusion The treatment of unstable angina clopidogrel can significantly reduce acute symptoms and reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular disease,such as myocardial infarction,worthy of promotion.关键词
