摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the clinical ef ect and significance of hysteroscope for treatment of SUM.Methods 100 patients with SUM in gynecology department of our hospital were randomly chosen and divided into A group and B group each with 50 cases.A group was treated with hysteroscope and B group was treated with conventional laparotomy.After treatment,satisfaction degree of clinical ef ect,number of recovery patients and recovery time of disease of both groups were compared.Results On satisfaction degree of clinical ef ect,number of recovery patients,A group was obviously superior to B group (P<0.05).On menstrual recovery time and operation time, A group was obviously superior to B group (P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscope for treatment of SUM has an accurate clinical ef ect.It doesn't need to open the abdomen,and has no incisions,and it has a quick recovery and small trauma.关键词
