Abstract
Objective To prevent the occurrence of nursing errors in Department of Neurosurgery, improve the quality of daily nursing work, protect the interests of patients and medical staf and ensure safety. Methods Comprehensive quality through analysis department of neurosurgery in daily diagnosis and treatment process of nurses and agile thinking andpositive spirit of dedication, the risk of details in the work, aiming at theprevention and countermeasures. Results For three years, to prevent errors in discussion, various channels in our department job satisfaction was 99%. Conclusion Nurses' good psychological quality, rich work experience, the thinking is the key to prevent errors, enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing staf training can enhance the medicalrisk prevention consciousness.关键词
