Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients undergoing intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Methods 50 cases of AMI patients undergoing intravenous thrombolysis treatment, while strengthening the nursing care, psychological care and thrombolytic therapy. Results 50 cases of AMI patients with thrombolytic therapy and nursingmeasures, good results. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing process ofthrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction in the care of patients,psychological, and al aspects of life plays a very important role, only good nursing work in all aspects, to help the patients pass thrombolytic period.关键词
