摘要
Abstract
Objective In patients with diabetic amalgamative tuberculosis care effect observation and analysis.Methods A random sample of our department of diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in 72 cases as the research object, according to the dif erent nursing as the control group and the observation group, 36 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group in the controlgroup on a fine nursing, to compare the nursing ef ect of two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction. Results By comparison, the total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%, significantly higher than the control group of 86.11%;at the same time, the observation group satisfaction was 88.89%, significantly higher than the control group 66.67%, two groups of data were statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetes and merge pulmonary tuberculosis in the nursing can improve the clinical treatment ef ect and satisfaction of patients.关键词
