Abstract
Objective To investigate the method of training of junior nurses in basic level hospitals in Qinghai. Methods The nursing staf of dif erent working year stratified training. Results After training assessment, based on improving the comprehensive quality of low seniority nurses, the nursing quality can be substantial y enhanced. Conclusion The comprehensive quality of junior nurses in primary hospital of Qinghai pastoral area on a new level, the nursing quality fundamental y has also been a substantial increase, bet er service for medical treatment in patients with farmers and herdsmen.关键词
