摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the type 2 diabetics' ability to manage their plasma glucose after the treatment by tracking and instructing short-term diet and movement of the patients. Methods 60 type 2 diabetes mel itus patients in the Department of Endocrinology, with no serious complication and normal hepatorenal function, were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The data were analyzed statistical y with the help of SPSS19.0 software. Results Compared with the control group, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial plasma glucose (2hPPG), and HbAlc of the experimental group decreased significantly ( <0.01) after two months' tracking and instructing of the short-term diet and movement. Conclusion Tracking and instructing the short-term diet and movement can improve the diabetics inpatients' ability to manage themselves after the treatment.关键词
