Abstract
Objective To analysis of Tiotropium Bromide in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group two groups,each group of 30 people.The course of treatment of two groups for 3 months,the control group, treatment method for oral aminophyl ine,test group were treated with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation therapy.Observed for the distance and pulmonary function before and after treatment in the six minute walk index.Results After three months of treatment,compared with their 6MWD,FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC index and the index of two groups after treatment experimental group before and after treatment,the dif erence had statistical significance ( <0.01),while the contrast group data showed no statistical significance ( >0.05).Conclusion The use of tiotropium bromide inhalation therapy can significantly improve lung function and 6MWD in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.关键词
