摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of external ressection and internal ligation of hemorrhoidal arteria for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods In the observation group,the external ressection and internal ligation of hemorrhoidal arteria was used to treat mixed hemorrhoids in 100 cases. In the control group,the traditional external ressection and internal ligation was used to treat mixed hemorrhoids in 100 cases. Results Cure rate of observation group was 100%, cure rate of control group was 86%;average heal time of the observation group was 8.5 days, the control group was 12.8 days;patients in the observation group were cured with few complications but in the control group was more.Through statistical treatment,two groups'therapeutic effect had significant dif erence ( ﹤0.01), the observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion This method has advantages of high ef ect,fast recovery,less painful,less complications,suitable for clinical application and is worth to spread.关键词
