Abstract
Objective To analyze traumatic brain Center herniadiagnosis and treatment, improve the therapeutic effect of severe brain injury.Methods 57 patients suf ering from traumatic brain injury Brain Center hernia, cases are under review, Access domestic and foreign literature data. To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain centers hernia. Results Al patients were to go craniotomy. After surgery at diencephalon period in 34 cases of 31 cases of patients survive, After surgery at past-diencephalon-period 23 patients, 18 cases of patients survive. Compared two groups of survival, there is a significant dif erence. Conclusion Treatment of brain center hernia Department of neurosurgery should at ach great importance to strengthen the monitoring of acute period, for in the brain center hernia Diencephalons period timely operation, save the life and health of patients.关键词
