Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical ef ect of edaravone combined with Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke patients, were randomly divided into control group of 30 cases and 30 cases in the treatment group, treatment group was treated with edaravone and Shuxuetong injection; control group was treated with Shuxuetong treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%, significantly better than the control group 66.7% ( <0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic ef ect of edaravone combined with Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute ischemic stroke significantly, has a good ef ect on improving clinical symptoms of patients.关键词
