Abstract
Objective Graph analysis of ultrasonic on adolescent patients with hypertension Heartbeat, provide some reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension in adolescents. Methods In our hospital during 2000~2014 in 85 patients with hypertension in adolescents ultrasonic Heartbeat map anatomical parameters form the aspects of measurement, measurement result analysis. Results In this group, 85 cases of ventricular septum and posterior wal were thickened in 10 cases (11.7%), wherein the uniform thickening in 8 cases (9.4%), 2 cases of irregular thickening (2.3%);left atrial mild dilatation in 5 cases (5.8%) , diastolic left ventricular dysfunction in 25 cases (29.4%);left ventricular systolic dysfunction in 1 cases (1.1%). Conclusion Ultrasound Beckoning map can accurately measure the parameters, to observe the internal structure, the heart can flow state, has the certain reference value to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.关键词
