Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of QQ group in nursing quality management, and analysis of the feasibility and ef ect. Methods By establishing QQ group, set up care team communication platform, timely and effective delivery of information, the implementation of resource sharing. Results Compared with the previous implementation implementation, assessment pass rate, training participation rate increased to 100%by 89%and 81.3%;QC score(x±s)of (90.5±1.6)min to (96.3±0.08) points there was a statistical y significant dif erence, <0.05. Conclusion QQ group to build a platform of practical significance, enhance interaction, saving time, stable care team, promote the improvement of the quality of care.关键词
