摘要
Abstract
Objective The value of B type natriuretic peptide in diagnosis of heart failure in patients with uremia. Methods From 2013 January ~ 2013 December hospitalized uremic patients with clear diagnosis. In uremic heart failure group and other uremic group. From 2013 to 2013 January were randomly selected from December to the hospital healthy people as normal control group. Results In heart failure group (1063.8 ± 236.2) BNP of pg/ml, was significantly higher than that in uremic group ( <0.01). Conclusion BNP determination is simple, fast, can be used as a routine examination in patients with uremia, facilitate the early determination of uremic heart failure, to take timely measures of treatment.关键词
