Abstract
With the development of nasal endoscopy and nose eye related surgery, nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is widely used in chronic dacryocystitis and obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct.Chronic dacryocystitis is a common disease in Department of Ophthalmology, multiple disease. Is the nasolacrimal duct obstruction caused by various reasons, secondary infection, cause eye lacrimation, pus and other cases. The principle of treatment is to relieve the obstruction of lacrimal duct, the recovery of physiological function of lacrimal duct system, in our hospital from 2012 June ~2013 year in October the endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis patients 35 cases 36 eyes, get bet er ef ect. Postoperative facial skin without scar, does not af ect the appearance of patients and to welcome and accept.关键词
