Abstract
Objective To explore preventions and cure for complications of transurethral vaporization resection of prostate (TUVP). Methods The clinical data of 160 patients who underwent the TUVP were retrospectively analyzed. The causes of each kind of complication were discussed, and the methods of prevention and cure were proposed. Results The common complications during surgery include: bleeding in 3 cases, syndrome of TUVP in 2cases, prostatic capsule perforation in 8 cases. The common complications after surgery include: secondary bleeding in 7 cases, dysuria in 12 cases, urethral stricture in 6 cases, urinary incontinence in 6 cases, recurrence in 7 cases.Conclusion There exist some complications for TUVP, and prevention and cure of these complications wil elevate the surgery ef ect.关键词
