Abstract
Objective To study the necessity of Western medicine pharmacy analysis of the implementation of risk management and related approaches, provide the basis for the theoretical research and management. Methods The causes of drug pharmacy, pharmacy risk in storage environment, drug release and drug risk management measures etc. Results The formulation of related standard risk management as the western medicine pharmacy, put forward reasonable proposals. Conclusion Western medicine pharmacy practice risk management can ef ectively reduce the occurrence of error rate, standardized management can ef ectively make the management more systematic.关键词
