Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of KPNA2 and coagulation indicator in hepatocellular carcinoma, find the prognostic marker of liver cancer. Methods We col ected liver cancer samples from 30 patients who lived in Suining central hospital from January 2012 to august 2013. 30 para-tumor tissues and 40 healthy blood samples as control, detected the mRNA expression of KPNA2 by RT-PCR, prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen, and thrombin time (TT) by automatic blood coagulation analyzer (STA COMPACT CT). Results The mRNA expression of KPNA2 in liver cancer is higher than para-tumor in 83.33%patients (25/30). PT, APTT, TT, FIB are 14.0±1.3, 35.8±6.1, 3.76±1.31, 18.9±1.7 in patients group; 12.9±0.8, 34.0±4.4, 3.1±0.5, 16.4±1.1 in control group. The difference is considered statistical y significant. Conclusion KPNA2 could be the biomarker of hepatocellular carcinoma. Monitoring the coagulation indicator could improve the understand of liver function of patients, provide the scientific basement to improve therapeutic effect.关键词
