Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical drug adverse reaction and drug safety. Methods The adverse drug reaction statistics occurred, analyze the causes and characteristics of the adverse reaction. Results 256 cases of adverse drug reaction is selected, the antibiotic induced adverse reaction in 143 cases, accounting for 55.85%, 42 cases of adverse reactions induced by traditional Chinese medicine, accounting for 16.40%, 71 cases of adverse reaction induced by other drugs, accounted for 27.73%. Conclusion Rational use of drugs, can reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, to improve the security of [1] drug use.关键词
