摘要
Abstract
Objective To study maintenance hemodialysis patients complicated with cardiovascular and malnutrition status correlation.Methods 142 cases of MHD patients were divided into good group,mild-to-moderate group and negative group,treatment of 0,1,3 months later,the patients were observed blood biochemical indicators, nutritional status,CPR level and cardiac function index.Results Three groups of patients DEI,DPI,Alb,PA,Hb,BMI,CO2CP and CRP and cardiac function index comparison,the difference was significant statistically ( <0.05, <0.01);BUN and Scr is no statistically significant dif erence ( >0.05).Conclusion MHD patients with malnutrition and inflammation af ect each other,both on the development of cardiovascular disease have important influence.关键词
