摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyzed applied value of dif erent imaging methods examination diagnosis of liver malignant tumor. Methods 79 patients with liver neoplasms enhanced CT, MRI imaging data were retrospectively analyzed, CT and MRI imaging features and diagnostic results are compared. Results 79 cases patients with liver neoplasms, showed intense enhancement during the arterial phase CT70 cases, MRI79 cases, portal vein phases density CT7 cases, MRI70 cases, delayed phases CT79 cases, MRI77 cases;MRI overal diagnostic rate (94.94%), the diameter≤3cm diagnostic rate (93.88%) was significantly higher than CT ( <0.05). Conclusion CT and MRI has the bet er diagnostic value on diameter>3 cm of liver cancer, MRI diagnostic value, diagnosis value of diameter≤3cm tumor is superior CT.关键词
