Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic ef ect Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment on chronic periodontitis.Methods In recent years this hospital treated a total of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis,randomly divided into observation group and control group two,treatment for the patients in the observation group using Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment,while the patients in the control group in clinical use Iodine Glycerol treatment,curative ef ect.Results After the two groups of patients with dif erent treatment,the patients in observation group total effectiveness is 96%,patients in the control group the total ef ective rate was 80%,with statistical significance( <0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic periodontitis were treated Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment clinical application,and the course of treatment is safe and reliable,the treatment ef ect is more obvious.关键词
