Abstract
Objective To investigate intubated ICU patients extubated causes and nursing. Methods The patients extubated analyze the causes and take appropriate nursing. Results The patients extubation and catheter fixation is not strong, lack of sedative ef ect, improper physical restraint, the patient's own factors, poor communication between nurses and patients and medical staff is not strong sense of responsibility about. Conclusion The nursing process intubated patients, should strengthen inspections and doctor-patient communication, to take care of predictability measures to achieve safe and ef ective fixed, rational use of opioid analgesics to prevent the occurrence of accidental extubation, thus ensure the safety of patients.关键词
