地佐辛用于门诊无痛肠镜的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef icacy and safety of Dezocine outpatient colonoscopy. Methods 40 patients with outpatient colonoscopy were randomly divided into group A (Dezocine group) and group B (saline group), 20 patients in each group. Before colonoscopy open vein, the two groups were injected 1ml Dezocine 5mg and 1ml saline, 15 minutes after the start of colonoscopy. Observed the ef ects of Painless and adverse reactions. Results Patients in group A, the results of analgesia was significantly bet er in group B ( <0.05). Conclusion It is ef ective of the Dezocine in outpatient colonoscopy.关键词
