Abstract
Objective To explore the application of oxytocin in obstetrics clinical experience.Methods From 2009 October to 2013 October in our hospital, the clinical ef ect of 352 patients using oxytocin infusion method is treated with 5% glucose saline, 500ml joined 2.5u oxytocin shake, with 7 needle puncture, after the success of the glucose saline to 8~10 drop, every 15~20 minutes 1 times, to 10 minutes of 3 contractions, lasted 40 seconds. Results The use of oxytocin in 352 cases, 288 cases were successful, with oxytocin failed in 64 cases were al women don't cooperate. Conclusion The use of oxytocin in clinical application ef ect, obvious ef ect, high safety, and is worthy of clinical application, popularization.关键词
