Abstract
Objective To investigate the modified pressure sore risk assessment scale in the hospital during the feasibility of bedsore prevention in patients with ICU. Methods and Results In this study, we selected 102 cases of patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group 50 cases and observation group 52 cases, observation group and control group, using the improved bedsore risk self-designed evaluated patients in the ICU, based on the score of ICU in patients with the implementation of nursing observation measure corresponding, significant ef ect. Conclusion The improved bedsore risk assessment table in the ICU skin care with good clinical significance.关键词
